The Magelis HMIG5U HMIG5U2 touch panel is used to replace the Magelis XBTG 15-inch HMI that make use of a resistive touch panel glass. This touch panel measures 15 inches and it is a resistive type that can handle single-touch inputs only.


The Magelis USB accessories are designed to expand the selection range of user applications by offering value-added/differentiated HMI solutions. These innovative USB accessories can easily be installed and operated with HMI terminals. The Magelis USB accessories supported by Magelis GTU include:
Harmony XVGU USB tower light (only on Premium Box)
Harmony XB5S biometric USB switch
Magelis HMIZ illuminated USB switch
Magelis HMIZ USB keyboard (only on Premium Box)


The display type are grouped in tables according to STN screen technology of HMIG5U HMIG5U2 HMI operator. And the screen display type is Monochrome LCD with display 256 colors, no blink (1) 64 colors, 3-speed blink, screen backlight CCFL (25,000 hrs at25C and24hr.operation), 4 levels of adjustment available via touch panel.
