A PanelView 1200 2711-TC4 terminal application file contains a series of screens and configurations which, when interpreted and executed by PanelView 1200, replace the functions of a control panel of buttons, switches and indicators. The screens are created on a development computer running PanelBuilder] Development Software or PanelBuilder] 1200 Configuration Software for Windows, and then saved in an application file on the development computers disk. The application file is then downloaded to a PanelView 1200 terminal where it stays in battery-backed RAM.
