    Kernfix provide front overlay and touch screen panel glass for Proface PS3000 Series HMI Parts replacement. The PS3000 Series by Pro-Face Xycom features 12.1" monitors with replaceable backlight, touch-panel mouse emulation in an aluminum body. Also offers the option of Windows XP or Windows XP embedded OS and Pentium or ULV Celeron CPU.

    • Do not create PS-A touch panel switches to control machine safety operations, such as an emergency stop switch.

    • Be sure to design your system so that a communication fault between the PS-A and its host controller will not cause equipment to malfunction.

    • The PS-G must be used as a built-in component of an end-use product.

    • Before installing the PS-G into a cabinet or panel, check that the installation gasket is securely attached to the unit.

    Improper calibration
    Check for activation points that are offset from touch points. Calibrate the touch screen.

    Non-functioning touch screen
    Check the touch screen for damage, such as cuts or excessive wear. If there is damage, replace the terminal.

    Multiple operations cannot be conducted simultaneously. Doing soresults in an unintended operation.
    • Do not touch multiple input element simultaneously.
    • Do not rest a hand or multiple finger on the display.
