The 2711-K4M5D is from the Panel View 400 family of operator interfaces which are manufactured by Allen Bradley. The 2711-K4M5D is a 3.5-inch grayscale display with keypad inputs. It has an RS-232 port and a USB port for communication and operates on DC input. It has a 256 MB ram and a nonvolatile memory of 512 MB out of which 73 MB is free for the user. The graphics display has a resolution of 320 x 240 with a keypad. The 2711-K4M5D has various keys on the interface. It has programmable function keys from F1 to F8 which initiate the functions on the terminal display and also has numeric keys along with enter, left, right, tab and shift keys. There are navigation keys as well to navigate the cursor on the screen. The keys can be operated with gloves as well.
